Working with thread and cloth, I stitch, weave and construct textiles in accord with the beauty I find in everyday life and everyday materials. I was taught early in life to work with what was at hand, and to find value in that work. Found objects that have survived the wear and tear of deliberate use offer me endless opportunity for further expression. Seamlessly, process becomes product to the degree to which I remain patient.
